If, one fails to understand that he is no more a match to the current trends, then he could be called as Dasari Narayana Rao. Indeed, he ruled the industry in yesteryears and made several hit films with senior actors. But, when the fresh water gushes in old has to go out. It’s an inevitable cycle in anyone’s life. But, director Dasari Narayana Rao is not the man who agrees this fact so easily. He made some failed attempts with his Muta Mestry and Young India films. While, in the first one he played the lead role, in the second one as if to create a new record he introduces 86 new faces at a time, who in no time disappeared from the industry. In fact, all of they were faded under his image and finally disappeared. Until the release of the film, only his image in an enlarged size put up on the posters and banners.
Then, he turns 150th film old and announces film with 50’s turned Balayya babu. They strongly believe that, their combination itself is enough for the success of the prestigious film, and also convinced the producer to book 1000 theaters to screen this film. But, the age factor of Balayya babu and the age old directorial style of Dasari worry the fans. They doubts whether the film will be able to drag the youngsters to theatres at all? Their only blinking hope for the film is Balakrishna’s second role as cinema actor. Since, it’s a new concept for his fans; they believe that it bring some audiences to theaters and may help the openings to some extent. But, fans fear about his other character which is a serious role of Military officer. Many opines that, nowadays its very difficult to convince the youth with such a serious role, that too related with patriotism and consists Dasari mark heavy dialogues.
It came to know that, keeping in view of the heaviness of the film, Dasari has introduced a comedy track played by Brahmanandam and Ali in this film. This duo imitates super film Robo’s concept to create some fun in the film. While, Brahmanandam plays as scientist Vasikaran, Ali is playing as Robo. Dasari and Balakrishna fans both hope that, probably this comedy track may also come as big help for the film, in case all other things fails.
