Brindavanm Movie Review

NTR’s last film Adurs was a mass entertainer. While playing the role of Chari, he made the audiences to split into laughter and as Narasimha, he showed his action-oriented skills. After Adurs, the audiences in general and NTR fans in particular are eagerly waiting for his forthcoming flick, Brindavanam. The expectations went high as the film is being produced by successful producer Dil Raju and directed by Vamsi Paidipalli.

Sirish and Lakshman are the co-producers of the movie, while Kajal and Samanta are playing opposite NTR. Srihari and Prakash Raj are playing key roles in the film.

Story:
The main story of the movie is about two step brothers Prakash Raj and Srihari. Srihari and Prakash Raj don’t get along well. They are two big guys in a village and both of them are rivals. Samantha and Kajal are cousins from the Prakash Raj and Srihari families. Kajal stays in Village, but Samantha relocates to City for her studies. Junior NTR lives in the same City. In an incident, NTR helps Samantha and they both
become friends. As usually they fall in love. Kajal is being forced into a marriage with the villain’s son. She sends her love interest to NTR to save her out of the situation. Kajal aim is to go abroad for higher studies. What will happen to kajal ? What will happen to Samantha? But there is a small twist in the end.  


Performances:
Jr NTr: Junior NTR stands apart. Cool costumes, sensitivity in emotional and sentimental family scenes, power in action episodes, comic timing , awesome dances have made Tarak. ‘Brindavanam’ has done immense good to Junior’s career by taking him close into Family audiences.
Kajal Agarwal : Kajal Agarwal give decent performances as usual looked beautiful and sweet in village girl getup; excelled particularly in sentimental scenes
Samantha :Samantha who slightly manages to steal the show from the other heroine and Samanta looked stylish in modern costumes and needs to be looked upon in future because ease in her acting was felt on the screen.
Prakash Raj and Srihari:Prakash Raj and Sri Hari were apt for their roles
Others: Comedy wise Brahmanandam, Venu Madhav with Junior NTR were 100% successful in evoking the laughter. Remaining Ahuthi Prasad, Raghu Babu, Brahmaji, Mukesh Rishi, Tanikella Bharani, Ajay, Pragathi, Hema, Surekha Vani made the screen to look brighter.

• Why the two brothers fought
• In Climax not cleared to choose a girl, why the director missed the line, Junior not shown any feelings on Kajal (Indu)
• Why the director tried to run the 2nd half with comedy only.

Analysis: Vamshi is a clever, intelligent technician who succeeded in mixing of all the elements needed for a pucca commercial entertainer. His rich and glossy taking with help of Chota K Naidu’s cinematography made ‘Brindavanam’ look like a painting on Dil Raju’s canvas. Thaman’s musical output is further more enhanced by superb picturization of songs. Editing by Marthand K Venatesh was standard. Dialogues by Koratala Shiva catered to all the categories; mass, class and family audiences.

eRojuStory Verdict: Except that the climax, Brindavanam has the mix of all the required masala for a Telugu film. Watch and Enjoy.
