Both of them got married in the year 1994 and were blessed with two children. The couple was ill with married life and was very much incompatible of nature.
The petition stated that Arvind is ready to pay a full time payment of Rs 75 lakhs along with Rs one lakh towards monthly maintenance and will be applicable from the date of dissolution of marriage.
Judge S Meenakshi Sundaram, on listening to the plea stayed the case for December 10.
