Though she has vehemently denied being a size zero in past interviews, calling it “unhealthy” and claiming to be proud of her body, Kollywood actress Shriya Saran seems to have eaten her words, because her publicist is now proudly proclaiming her to be a petite size zero. Rumoured to be the result of daily “power yoga” sessions, Shriya’s new, extremely toned look has entirely gone against her past statements, in which she claimed that she never aimed for a small size and that it was far more important to lead a healthy lifestyle with well-balanced meals and exercise. Though she tried to separate herself from the recent slew of Bollywood stars who are drastically slimming down, it seems now that Shriya is no different from all the other actresses aiming for the “perfect look.” -DC
