During the days of movie "Student No.1", producer Addala Chanti has given an advance of five lakhs to director Rajamouli to direct a flick for him. For reasons unknown, till today he didn't make any movie with Rajamouli. Now after so many years, Chanti asked Rajamouli to either pay back the amount with interest or do a flick for him. Rajamouli calculated the amount at three rupees interest and gave cheque for that amount to Chanti. But the producer refused to take back the money and instead insisted on directing a movie for him. It is said, even some people stood in support of the producer in this issue.
