However, today Rakta Charitra 2 cleared off all those speculations, as there is no such scene in the movie. It seems that, RGV, who wants to make a strong comeback in Telugu Circuit, is taking no risk to disappoint the mega fans. Though the 'pic' released as a part of the promotion of the film, it got a huge attention as people thought that the 'tonsured man' is Power Star Pawan Kalyan.
