State Govt accepts for Komaram Bhim statue

The state government may soon install the statue of freedom fighter komaram bhim and also produce a film on his life.

Speaking to media persons at the Secretariat on Wednesday, 20-point programme Chairman Tulasi Reddy revealed that that a GO has been issued for installing the statue of the Girijan leader. Mr Tulasi Reddy further revealed that the only delay in installing the statue of the late freedom fighter was because the government was discussing where to install the statue.

Apart from this, Mr Tulasi Reddy added, the government was also planning a feature film on komaram bhim.
