The elections to the 12 posts in the film chamber were held today. What was surprising was that out of 870 producers who had voting rights only 362 turned up to vote.
Similarly out of 521 distributors only 262 of them voted. Well known producer D Ramanaidu, Murali Mohanand Jeevita were not allowed to vote as they were not carrying identity cards.
