Superstar Rajini Kanth and director Shankar wathed Magadheera is special show arranged to them in Chennai yesterday, 10 August 2009.
Rajini Kanth appreciated Ramcharan and said ' “I watched a special preview of Ramcharan's debut film Chirutha and I predicted then only that Charan has it in him to become the biggest star like his father. I am happy that he made my words true by giving a box-office shattering hit with Magadheera.”
Shankar said 'Magadheera is one of the big budget films made in South India.'
