Sri Rama Rajyam songs recording completed

There are two successful combinations in the upcoming film ‘Sri Rama Rajyam.’ The first one its director Bapu and his close friend and writer of the film story Mullapudi Venkata Ramana. This duo has been working together for several decades and one can’t imagine they work separately ever. This duo is making this mythological movie.

The second combination is of Balakrishna and Nayanatara. They have proved (with their latest film ‘Simha’) that their combination can do miracles for the movies. Balakrishna is acting as Lord Sri Rama and Nayanatara is acting as Sita. (Perhaps, one can’t avoid thinking about her immoral affair with Prabhudeva and her role in disturbing Ram Lath’s family life, when knows that she is acting as Sita, the holy woman.)

Rama Rajyam has total eight songs in it and recording of all those songs was completed. Jonnavittula and Vennelakanti have penned the lyrics. SP Bala Subrahmanyam, Sri Ram, Chitra and Shreya Goshal lend their voice to their lyrics tuned by music maestro Ilayaraja.

This film is produced by Y. Sai Babu under Sri Sai Baba movies banner. Briefing about the story line he said that, they have taken some important incidents of Lord Sri Rama’s regime and are trying to show the days of his ruling with this film. The regular shooting of this film will commences from 22nd of this month at Ramakrishna Studios, at Hyderabad. All other details about this movie will be announced very soon.
