The renowned writer cum actor, Thanikella Bharani will be honored by Sangam Academy at Ravindra Bharati in Hyderabad at 6 pm on November 17th for the completion of silver jubilee in his film career. The actor made his entry into films with a film titled “Kanchu Kavacham’. He played distinct roles in over 500 films and has scripted dialogues for nearly 50 films. His films ‘Sira’, ‘Blue Cross’, ‘The Last Farmer and Key’ were screened in different film festivals and also brought him many awards and rewards.
Dr SP Balasubrahmanyam, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Dr.Brahmanandam are the special guests of the function and few other celebrities K Raghavendra Rao, Ram Gopal Varma, Nazar, CC Reddy, Mr KV Ramana Chary, IAS, Trivikram Srinvias, Venkateswara Rao of Kanakadhara, Koduru Rammurthy, an industrialist from Sydney will grace the occasion. A book titled ‘ Nakshatra Darshanam’, with a collection of poems, will be unveiled by Prakash Raj in the event.
