Sreenu Vaitla is directing Mahesh Babu in Dookudu which is being produced jointly by Anil Sunkara, Gopinath Achanta and Ram Achanta under the banner of 14 Reels Entertainment Pvt Ltd. Samantha is playing the heroine. The news now is that Kajal Agarwal has also been roped in to play the second female lead

The film’s unit is moving to Turkey to start regular shooting.
