All newbie's of Telugu Film Industry are confused about this veteran director and his instincts. Dasari Narayana Rao, the so called legendary director of 2nd generation Telugu cinema is creating quite confusion among the young directors and actors. Another feather added to it is today's Nandi Award in Best Actor category received by Dasari for his 'sarcastic' acting skills in fewer known movie 'Mestri'. This topic became hot news in Film Nagar circles.
Sources close to the veteran director revealed that during the filming of his latest box office dud 'Young India', Dasari used to make every cast and crew of his film fall on his feet to take blessings. This will be happening both during the start of the day and at the end of pack-up call. Many critics rate Dasari as a 'sarcastic' guy working for the interests of some families. Even so, Tollywood falls on this director's feet every time he graces their place or when they meet him at his place.
Some say that even today's Nandi Award is favored in terms of Dasari, as the veteran doesn't want Ram Charan Tej to receive the award and lobbied heavily to get it in his favor.
