Hansika is a Fitness Freak



Hansika believes that for a great body, it s important to match the right exercises with the right diet. Hansika Motwani has a fitness streak that drives her to hit the gym everyday. I m very strict about my regime. I hit the treadmills thrice a week and do weights the other three days.

I take a break only on Sundays, she says. My diet is strictly vegetarian with lots of green veggies and fruits. A great body is a mix of proper workouts and diet, she says. Actors, models, designers, college kids or P3Ps almost all Hyderabadis are busy watching their waistline and mapping the route to a healthier life.
