Selva Raghavan was directing a film for Karthi, brother of Suriya, when the budget moved to 16 crores to 20 and then 24 crores, the producer gave up and Selva took over. The film is procrastinating, and Vishal meanwhile took over another project. Selva Raghavan is going through a financial and personal upheaval too. Hope he tides over the crisis
