Thanks to the Delhi High Court ruling, Gays seem to have come out of their closets. But here is an incident that has not only shocked the residents of Yousufguda hostel but has embarrassed the many students who are living there.
It is heard that 2 students supposedly homosexuals were said to be indulging in lewd acts on the terrace. The Warden had spotted them and enraged by this, he abused and asked them to vacate. However, the boys reportedly threatened that they would give police complaint as they have legal support now. This did not deter the warden who had also decided to go to the cops.
However, it is said that a compromise was done later and the boys vacated the hostel since they feared too much attention would cause trouble. The point is, Gayism is being acknowledged but it definitely does not mean that the homosexuals indulge in open acts of romance and do sexual activity in public. They must know that this is also a punishable offence.
