The craze on "Magadheera" movie reaching sky in Vijayawada area. Local politicians are booking theaters for a week or so and blocking regular movie lovers from watching this most exciting movie.
Gannavaram PRP leader Battina Ramu has booked Kaparthi theater for 7 days. PRP yuvarajyam president Pothana Vasu has booked Jaihind talkies and Srinivasa palace for 5 days. Vijayawada West MLA Velampalli Srinivasarao has booked Navarang, Leelamahal theatres. Similarly there are around 13 theaters booked by PRP leaders.
Similar was happened for Jalsa release and it was understood to some extent as PRP was about to launch and local leaders wanted some kind of role in PRP. The craze seems not over on Chiru family movies in PRP leaders.
There is a rumour that this is a new type of business and local politicians are planning to make some money out of the movie craze. They may not screen the movie for free in those booked theaters.
