The latest release to hit the theatres is ‘Gopi..Gopika..Godavari’ and this has Venu along with the sensuous Kamalini Mukherjee. However, the film had to go through a similar experience that the film ‘Rajavari Chepala Cheruvu’ of Posani ‘Mental’ Krishna experienced few months back.
Apparently, the film was meant to be a replacement for ‘Billa’ in many theatres but then it was compelled to go for a single show at all those theatres to ensure that Billa reaches 100 days successfully and so this would be happening on the same day.
‘Rajavari Chepala Cheruvu’ saw a similar experience when ‘Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam’ had to touch 100 days and many who came to see Posani had to wait for another day. However, the openings for Vamsi’s film have been quite good but how it will continue remains to be seen.
