Web site owners arrested for movie piracy!

Few Sub-Inspectors of Police under the supervision of Sri V.B.Kamalasan Reddy, Commissioner of Police, Task Force, Hyderabad City has conducted raids regarding the issue of piracy and has arrested a four member gang who are into the pirated CD business. The police had handed over two CD copiers / duplicators, two CPU’s and huge number of latest film CD’s of Telugu, Tamil and English.

Md. Imran, who is distributing pirated CD’s to different CD shops for commission, Gopal Reddy who is preparing pirated CD’s in his own house, Yashwanth (Yogi) and Vijay Prabanj Reddy who are uploading newly released films illegally into the websites, “Torrent rockerz.com” and “Desitorrents.com” were arrested. It is said that the latest films were being uploaded into the site within two days of its release.

Robo, Komaram Puli, Khaleja, Brindavanam, Kalyanram Katti, Hiss, Action Replay, Golmaal 3, Rakta Charitra, Prathiroju, Collector Gari Bharya are the recent flicks uploaded within a couple of days of its release

The arrested gang along with the handed-over property is taken to Madannapet Police Station for the necessary action.
