Rosiah to continue as CM: Jagan offered Dy CM

The Congress high command has decided to continue K Rosiah as the chief minister of Andhra Pradesh for the time being. YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been offered three choices – Dy CM of AP, Independent Minister of State in the Union Government and President, AP Congress Committee.

These options have been told to KVP Ramachander Rao, who is spearheading Jagan as CM campaign. He met Ahmed Patel and is returning to Hyderabad to hold discussions with Jagan and his followers. He will go back to New Delhi on Saturday.

However, the campaign for Jagan as CM is going on relentlessly. Eleven Congress MPs led by Union minister A Sai Pratap met finance minister Pranab Mukherjee and pleaded for making Jagan as CM.

The Congress Core Committee met yesterday but was described as a routine weekly meeting.
